Red Carpet Interviews Roll Out Starting with Series Creator, Writer, and Director Robert Massetti as Kickstarter Campaign Reaches Critical Phase
ORLANDO, FL — July 2026 — FEAR FILM Studios officially celebrated a major milestone for independent genre cinema with its highly anticipated Summer Showcase and World Premiere event at Epic Theatres at Lee Vista. The red carpet affair brought together horror fans, cast and crew for an exclusive big-screen showcase of original indie storytelling.
The marquee highlight of the evening was the World Premiere of “MEAT THE CLEAVER,” the brutal first episode of the brand-new horror anthology series CRYPT OF FEAR. Created, written, and directed by veteran horror filmmaker Robert Massetti, the series pays homage to classic late-night horror hosts and anthologies while delivering sharp script twists, dark psychological suspense, and hand-crafted practical effects.
In addition to the debut of CRYPT OF FEAR, the Summer Showcase highlighted the artistic diversity of FEAR FILM Studios with a triple-feature lineup from filmmakers Robert Massetti and Elvis Maleko, featuring three distinct short films:
- WISH
- THE ALOHA WITHIN
- MEAT THE CLEAVER (Episode #1 of CRYPT OF FEAR)
Following the enthusiastic response at the premiere, FEAR FILM Studios has officially begun releasing exclusive Red Carpet Interviews from the showcase. The premiere episode of the interview series launches today, featuring creator, writer, and director Robert Massetti, who discusses the importance of independent creative freedom.
“Bringing MEAT THE CLEAVER to the big screen at Epic Theatres and sharing it with our audience on the red carpet was an incredible experience,” said Massetti. “We built CRYPT OF FEAR for hardcore genre fans who want unpredictable, uncompromising horror.
